Team
You will join a cross-functional t-shared team that plays a crucial role in the entire retail organization. The team is responsible for the forward cache used by their customer portals. As a team, they are responsible for a no-hassle experience in creating an account, logging in, showing the product possession of their customers, and customer-related mutations.
You will work in their dutch department, where they have about 5 million customers and manage 1.7 million accounts.
Responsibilities
Being T-shaped plays an important role in the team’s life. Therefore, you will be helping your colleagues with automating the tests. You will decide about our testing processes and support the team in delivering high-quality services. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and different stakeholders. Therefore, you will make use of your strong communication skills. Lastly, you will be analyzing the test results and will identify the root cause of failures, demonstrating your strong analytical skills.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze the functionality of the applications/services;
- Design automated testes;
- Write automation scripts;
- Implement best practices such as chaos tests, endurance tests, load tests, integration testing etc;
- Continuously looking for improvements;
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as QA Automation Engineer;
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML & CSS, required to automate the tests for the frontend applications;
- Experience with at least one testing tool such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright or Cucumber;
- Have experience with Postman/Restassured for api automation;
- Have experience in working with SOAP and RESTful APIs;
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (gitlab is a pro);
Nice to have:
- Experience in designing a scalable automation framework – setting a standard for the entire organisation;
- Experience with SoapUI;

Hourly Rate
€78 to €80 (depends on what you bring to the table in terms of skills, personality and experience)
