Department

The Commercial Platform consists of multidisciplinary teams with end-to-end responsibility for creating, developing and maintaining new and existing business applications, products and services for the Commercial business unit and its direct customers: passengers, visitors, tenants, business and media partners.

For example:

They predict passenger flows and test digital solutions to reduce queues and other pain points in the process. With smart feedback from sensor technology, they even make data from restrooms and seats insightful and actionable.

Responsibilities

You will guide the rituals such as stand-ups, refinements and the retrospectives and have a strong role as a coach to help the team members become even better. You work closely with the other product owners, scrum masters and involved stakeholders; together you ensure that the teams work on the most valuable solutions. You are an ambassador of the Agile philosophy and promote the Agile Way of Working.

As a Scrum Master, you look beyond your team: you have a crucial role within the department. You work on improving the collaboration between teams and the rest of the organization. You ensure that connections are made between the teams and that knowledge is actively shared. You are also an important sparring partner for the department manager when it comes to (improving) the organization, productivity and results of the teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
• Extensive experience in training and coaching people in an ever changing environment;
• Capable of creating movement at different levels within the organization;
• Entrepreneurial, takes responsibility and shows initiative;
• Has continuous improvement in his/her DNA and coaches the team on it;
• Strong communication skills and is able to cope in a complex and political organization;
• Knowledge of and experience with IT and product development;
• Excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages;
