For a strategic project at one of our clients, we are immediately looking for an experienced Full Stack Typescript Developer.

You will be part of an agile team of Data Scientists, UX Designers and Data Engineers who are creating a product called “Turnaround Insights”.

With Turnaround Insights, they using Computer Vision techniques to gain real time insight into an Aircraft turnaround process (i.e. everything that needs to happen between arrival and departure, like fuelling and baggage loading). In order to make these turnarounds more predictable their AI systems analyses camera images in real time to create timestamps on what is happening around the aircraft.

Responsibilities

As a full-stack developer you will focus on creating the user-interfaces needed for getting the insights created by our AI core towards the end-user and to train the computer vision model to recognize events that are happening in real time. You will be responsible for writing readable and robust code, to implement new features and to help the team continuously improve the overall applications.

Qualifications

• You are experienced programming in TypeScript;
• You have experience with Nestjs and React;
• You have experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• You have working experience with/a huge interest in developing Cloud Systems (AWS or Azure);
• You’re familiar / have experience with Agile and DevOps processes ;

We would consider it a bonus if:

• You have experience working with streaming data;
• You are knowledgeable about functional programming;
